The Safe Room Network
This is an area where the local adventurers can talk without being overheard by dodgy individuals (well apart from other adventurers - don't get more dodgy than that..)
They are in all the local settlements and any messages or notices hung in one will be duplicated to the others.
You are unsure who is responsible for maintaining them but you have been assured they are safe..
