On the island, were there any large towers? I first came across this island in association with something called the Black Tower.

Not that I noticed, just an old man and his cottage.

I used to have one of the tiles he used as magykal keys to get to the island, but I found it in my pouch one day crumbled to fragments... I don't know if that was a magykal effect, or the result of one too many adventuring knocks.
