A grey cloaked rider slowly ambles along the road to Tesrae

*On approaching the northern border he stops, looking out at the land, and somewhat longingly at the cool river so close by.

With a slight smile, the horse is nudged over towards a forested area right next to the water. The rider leaps off, tethering the horse and walks several paces into the forest untill he gets to an old, very burnt tree. Producing a scroll he sits down for a moment and starts to write.

Part way through he looks up again, then back the way he had come. With a slightly sad sigh he packs up the scroll and writing equipment and goes back to the horse.

Mounting up, they leave the river and head back along the road. Where it forks, the rider takes the road leading to Tesrae Manor.

After a few minutes ride the horse is reigned in. The rider sits thinking for a moment and then slowly turns the horse round and sets off in the direction of Crystal's house. After a few minutes of walking, the horse is kicked into a trot and then a canter.
