I'm mostly ok, but I've been having nightmares about...the F word, and, the smell of roasting meat makes me feel really sick. Also I can't go near the stove, or the f... the f.fff.... oh for goodness sake, the grate!

You're seeing the fear as a negative thing, right? But fear can keep us alive... at least a healthy amount of it. It let's us know when something is too dangourous... to deep... too sharp... too fast... too hot.
We need to find a way for the fear to be controlled to the point that it's healthy...
Does that make sense?

I suppose that's right, it's the body's natural defence mechanism. It says 'whoaaah, dangerous!' so it doesn't get damaged.
How do you turn that from crippling to positive though? |

I was thinking something like that, yes. Just being able to say it would be a good first step.
Now for Berry... we may have to take things slower or a completely different route entirely. What do you think, sis?
