SPRINGFEST 2011 - In the Shadow of the Sunken Peak

After careful consideration of the maximum number of persons we are allowed on site and the minimum number that the branch needs to crew the fest we have extended the Player Places to 75.

These numbers were filled with those that have already sent in forms and were on the waiting list. Unfortunately we were not able to accommodate everyone.

If anyone on the confirmed list finds that they are unable to attend the fest can you please contact Emma Hall (elhall79uk @ hotmail . co . uk) as soon as possible for your refund and so that the next person on the waiting list can be contacted.
