Am I to understand that for the non-locals we can only spy through the windows of the rest and not interact with locals for fear or contamination??

Phil ... Closed for IC reasons, basically its ocupied by Hellmourns forces ... only way in is IC on adventures (No board access for anyone  ) ... New hang out for locals is ... The Horse and Cart - Exmead
