Recently I went through a portal from the Lands before Dawn and ended up way back in the past near Darrion (although it did not exist).
As best I could tell the year according to the local elves there was 1283.
Anyone know what this might be on the Itronian calender? _________________ High Father Aspen Serris of Longstor

MCCLXXXIII you say? Hmmm... Our records of early Elven reckoning are sketchy at best I'm afraid, but it certainly pre-dates the Axirian liberation of Ithron and obviously the Pact. You say you experienced a vision of the past? Quite fascinating! One should be able to glean a more accurate estimation of the date by examining contextual clues within the vision. What observations and measurements did you take? Any astronomical observations? Did you measure the angular size of the sun or moon? What species seemed to be around you? Could you identify any different plants or perhaps hulda? Did you see any mages in your vision and did you find that they had significantly more soul-fire available to them than now. Any observations of the fluctuations in the universal vortices may also be of assistance.
Alternatively one could examine the elvish histories in an attempt to ascertain a consensus with events in the vision, however the best records would be in Eldenshay and therefore quite difficult to access at the moment.

I'm sorry to say that I didn't take any measurements of the moon per say. However there are a few more clues that may help:
Humans were unheard of, the lands around Darian (to be, even the road was not there) were inhabited by elves and dwarves, neither of which spoke Itronian. The elves and the dwarves were at war.
'The Prince' (tall very red elf from what I could see) was alive and well until he was assasinated in front of me by his own guards.
Orcs seemed to be quite friendly.
There was some evidence that the Seven were worshipped, certainly we saw evidence that Kharach was being worshipped.
Mages did indeed have issues with power; apparently this was a time before 'The Tower' was built. _________________ High Father Aspen Serris of Longstor

You went to a point before our time! Increadible.
How, please tell me, how did you manage it? Is it possible for others to do it as well?
By the Seven, the possibilities this opens up... |

I'm afraid that I have no real idea how I got there, I went through a portal that was in the Lands before Dawn. I don't think it worked properly - there was a lot of electrical light and I ended up there.
I believe the school master of Demonology also opened a portal so you may want to speak to him _________________ High Father Aspen Serris of Longstor
