Although, with the amount of time I spent bent over the railings, I'm surprised I didn't notice.

No, I refuse to believe it. Surely there must have been a rowing boat on board, on which George or the others could have escaped whatever tragedy befell that vessel.

I can confirm that as of last week, George is alive and well in Dunlirron. The boat was washed off course and beached upon the shores of Lirron. I received a letter from George. I do not know of the fate of the others, but I am sure they are as well as he is.
