Lily drinks to the memory of her fallen comrade. Sighing, she drinks her mead before sinking back into her chair and staring into the flames.
"Not fair...." she mumbles quietly to herself, curling up.

After a few restful days in the tavern, a cleaner, warmer Gawain enters the bar. Reaching into his re-stitched tunic, he pulls out a small purse of coins with which he pays for a tankard of ale. Looking around the bar, he sights Lily, with whom he has adventured once.
*A bow*
"Lady, would you allow me to sit nearby, I am loathe to leave company after several days hard travel. Though if you would wish to remain with your own thoughts, I will most gladly depart"

Lily notices after a small while, Sir Gawain in the tavern near her. He approached her, and she smiled.
"Sir Gawain, it's fine. My troubles are my own, and shan't bother my socialising!" She grinned. "Come, join with me in celebrating Marika's life, and the life of the Head of your Order, Sir!"

With a "by your leave", he is seated, with a small tankard of ale to hand
"Please Madam, just Gawain. It is a sad day when loved ones pass on. Though I did not know the deceased personally, I have had several tales arrive of Sir Bors. A true knight. But come, let us talk of lighter things. May I enquire after your health?"

I saw your upset * hesitant pause* Lily and thought I would enquire. It pleases me to hear that you are well. I have been busy of late, trying to collect news of my fellow knights. Consequently after several days travel, I have been unable to partake in any adventuring missions. My chainmail has also been in a terrible state, but is currently being fixed by a local blacksmith. Do you have any news of Derwentshire, or perhaps Ithron? I understand Darian is to be retaken soon.
