*Vau seems to scent something from her. He reluctantly relaxes his embrace*

She may have gotten distracted. She just said "soon" to me in her note, not really specifying a time or day... *grins* or week. I'd say she can look after herself but she's a priestess and a bandage magnet...
*Crystal hasn't moved and she seems to be thinking as after a few moments she sighs*
Probably should make sure she's alright. *mutters* Old people.

I don't know, I don't think so. But then all the elves I know keep the same time as everyone else, my grandmother sometimes keeps peculiar hours cause I've seen her wandering around at night, but elves need to sleep same as we do, and eat as well.
On the other hand, I think generally speaking elves plan further ahead.

I only know a few, not much call for them in performances since most humans don't want to hear elven songs and not many elves want half-breeds anywhere near them, let alone singing at them. The only one I know quite well is "An Innis Aigh" which is "the Happy Isle".

Grandmother said my mother's father taught it to her on one of his visits. I don't know what island it's talking about though.

Grandfather only comes back to Ithron every quarter century or so, he spends the rest of it sailing Arda. He's even been to Nippon, my grandmother has a dress he got her from there. Could be the happy isle is some unknown little island in the middle of the ocean.

I don't think it matters really, tis just a happy place to sing of.

Possibly... *Crystal muses for a moment* since the last bit translates as "my eternal sleep will be so peaceful, if I lay my head in the Happy Isle". But it could well be a real place, since the song mentions going to the mainland for a while but always wanting to return.
Maybe if he comes back to Ithron I'll ask him. I've never met him though, he was last here before I was born.
