Post subject: Approaching Crystal's ruin |

Two black robed riders approach the ruin, travelling at a slow trot. Before they reach the ruin, the slighter of the two dismounts, gracefully. They are cradling a tiny bundle that moves fretfully in the warm afternoon sun. Carefully, they pass it to the other rider, who takes in tenderly and rides away back out of Tesrae towards Stappeford, carrying the bundle carefully and riding slowly.
The remaning robed figure tugs gently at the horses rein and leads it towards the ruin. Outside, they tie up the horse to a stake in the ground, and begin to look around, as if searching for someone.
To anyone close by, the figure walks slowly, as if exhausted or wounded. |

*Crystal wanders blithely down to the ruin, singing something about someone robbing someone else blind. There's a big pack on her back which clanks somewhat at her jaunty steps. She stops in surprise at the edge of her fortifications*

The figure turns to her and pulls down her hood, a wave of golden hair greeting the sunshine. Integra smiles at Crystal and walks slowly towards her, as if she could not really walk faster if she tried.

Integra hugs Crystal delicately but warmly.
"I'm fine, I just had a baby three weeks ago, and this is my first day I have been well enough to leave the clinic" she replies, smiling.

Pfft, tis your own fault then. Would you like some food? I've brought some from Cassie's kitchen or whatever it is in Sintel. Got some cold meat and potatoes... and some cold stew too which will be easy enough to heat up...

Oh, no thank you, I'll be fine, I'm supposed to be home for dinner, I can't really be away from her for too long. I was hoping to catch Vau if he is around.

She looks a little crestfallen, and glances off into the distance.
"Ok, no problem. I suppose I will get home then, the nurse isn't back yet, so Magdalena has need of her mother around." She smiles and straightens herself up.
"It has been nice to see you anyway. Will you be around for the party this sunday at Fibbleweed farm?"

I think I may well be escorting someone south to Brisel after the hiring, just a merchant caravan, no one exciting. Saves me from walking but does mean I'll have to miss a party.
Did you need Vau for something specific?

Um, yes, actually. There is a tower to the north in the Drakenhart forest that is some cause for concern. I want to take a look at the aea, and I believe he mentioned before that he was from near there, I was wondering if I could ask him to take me there to see if I can find it and investigate a way to deal with it in a few weeks time... it will wait. I will come back another day now that I am home. Anyway, I had best be getting home.
