The body and soul you are in is a Father devotee of Crowa. You are not two different entities in the same body, you are potentially two different personalities though, since you don't share the same memories and what happens to us shapes who we are. You're not Vau unless you can remember all that Vau is, and if you remembered all that Vau is you wouldn't have a conundrum because you would BE Vau.

I think you have to start a clean slate really, you may well get flickers of things that are familiar. With regards to being a Crowan devotee I suggest you simply get someone to teach you what demands are made of you by being Crowan. I'm not properly religious so others may explain it better than me.

As for things lost, you've lost some decidely unpleasant memories, you've lost the memories of friendships formed and the many evenings and days you and I spent here talking.

You can always make new memories and friendships.

I'm always sad to lose a friend and even if you're still walking around, the person I knew is gone. Maybe for the moment, maybe forever and I'll miss the personality either way.

And I like to look on the brighter side of things, no point wallowing in gloom, which is why I reason out that losing bad memories is good.
