Post subject: Vau stalks back to the Ruin |

*With his customary snarl even more pronounced than usual Vau glares about the ruin uncomfortably. Several times he turns to leave again, but each time he turns from side to side as if undecided where to go. Finally he returns back to the ruin and throwing down his equipment he picks up his cleaver and with a furious snarl starts to hack at the stakes, sharpening them once more.*

*Vau glances up from where he has been hacking amidst a thicket of vicious looking wooden stakes. As he catches her scent his face flickers through a series of expressions until settling into a disciplined repose.*

*Vau twists the cleaver out of one of the stakes and hacks brutally at it again, hacking the log into a crude but sharp point, before pausing again.*

*growl* No Crystal-az. Exmead was attacked by undead, but party, including six of your militia, *growl* intercept and destroy. Not thiink Exmead under threat because of thorn barrier *snarl* but people and land around was. *rrrrr*

Relief from anger then. I find cutting things up aggressively helps me when I'm irritated.
And the ruin does have my name out the front. Admittedly you have done more work on it than I'd ever bother to. Even if it was mine, you could come here whenever you wanted, I don't use it very often.

You sound like you did in the conversations we had months and months ago. I thought the "unworthiness" nonsense had been put to rest a while ago. You haven't been close to death recently have you? I'm sure I would have noticed.
And you were feeling angry on Saturday, without an apparent cause...
This seems... odd.
