Good Evening all,

In the shadows of the White Peak, an entity was encountered which took temporary control of me and choked Holly-Linn almost to the point of death. This entity also spoke through me, using my voice to issue warnings that meddling in the affairs of the Cabal would not be tolerated.

Also operating as part of this Cabal was a spectral knight, who identified himself as a Sir Wilhelm before commanding us to leave the area and, again, forbidding us from interfering with the Cabal's deeds.

Does anyone have any further information about this Cabal?

Thank you

The Cabal are a triumvirate of dwarven undead lords, namely three mummies. At least this is what I believe to be the case.

They were disturbed last year, whilst on another mission to find reagents to fix the waystones in the Desolation (even though that is actually on the back-burner now due to more pressing matters).

They were awakened, and seem to be preventing folk from travelling to the White Peak (the largest mountain on the Derwentshire side of the mountains).

I have a stone in my possession that I have been carrying for several months, that is the "key" to their tomb. However, I believe the lock has been broken, and they must now be destroyed.

They have been mentioned to the School of Necromancy previously, and this problem must be investigated further. Once the Dominus has been dealt with.
