Meet the Kharachian Faith

People of Stappeford and Darian!

You may have heard dark rumours concerning the actions and motives of members of the Kharachian Church of late. You may have heard words like "murder", "child killer" and "slaying of unarmed innocent peasants". You may feel a little nervous about those of us who dress in black and are interested in your last moments in Ithron. Let me assure you, you have nothing to fear. Trust me, I'm an honest Elf, I am.

A number of meetings are being planned in your area soon with the theme "Cuddle a Kharachian". You will be able to put your minds at rest, and see that we are not all crazed, blood thirsty, sword-wielding maniacs. Nothing could be further from my mind when I meet members of the local community. (And my weapon of choice is a bow not a sword)

Meetings will start at dusk and representatives from the Church will be on hand with ceremonial maces to greet you at the door. We will be providing a creche facility (the "Young Kharachians!") for you to leave your frail and vulnerable and defenceless youngsters at while you speak with Priests of our Faith. Should you wish to leave a donation to the Church on the safe return of your children we would not object.

When at the meetings, please do not be offended if a Priest does not meet your gaze directly as their faces will be covered. It's a sign of respect to our Dead Lord Kharach, and in no way an attempt to ensure anonymity during any services that the Priest may be required to carry out.
